  1. What are your office and gate hours?

    Office hours (when staff will be available to help you) are: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

     

    Gate hours (the hours when you can access your unit via the electronic gate) are: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.

     

     

  2. When can I access my unit?

    Anytime during gate hours.

     

    Note: Delinquent accounts will have their gate and unit access suspended until account is brought current.

     

  3. Who provides the lock?

    You as the tenant provide the lock for your unit. One can be purchased in our rental office.

     

     

  4. Can anyone access the property?

    Facilities with electronic gates or coded doors can only be accessed by tenants with individually assigned gate/access codes.

  5. Who is responsible for insurance on the items that are stored?

    You as the tenant are responsible to insure all items in your unit either through your homeowners or renters insurance. You may also speak with the facility manager regarding the purchase of storage insurance.

  6. What documents are required to rent a unit?

    Photo ID such as State issued ID card, Drivers License, Passport etc.

    If storing a vehicle or watercraft a copy of the registration will be required.

     

  7. How long is my lease?

    Our leases are on a month-to-month basis. We prorate the month you move in.

     

     

  8. What are your rates?

    We offer competitive rates. Please contact our rental office for rates and our current specials.

  9. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Debit Cards, Visa and Master Card.

  10. Do you provide automatic payment services?

    Yes, please ask our staff for a Credit Card Authorization form. We will charge your monthly rent to your Debit card, Visa or Mastercard on the 1st day of each month.
